The programmes that we offer fall into two main categories.
A. Preparation courses to achieve nationally recognized certificates
NIHMB shall provide the training and tuition to prepare students going for examinations of the following National programmes under Bangladesh Technical Education Board:
1. NVQ Level-2 Certificate in food preparation & Culinary Arts: ( 3 months)
This course is for those who like to engage in the field of catering and hospitality industry. This course is an excellent opportunity to work in the star hotels. Our students will have the opportunity in overseas employment in numerous hotels, restaurants and resorts. Successful students can do further study in the UK in hospitality sector.
2. NVQ Level-3 Advance Diploma in food preparation & Culinary Arts: (6 months)
The Advance diploma levels introduces supervisory skills and is suitable for same one who already has successful experience, who wish to take responsibility as a chef De 4 parties, third chef, second chef or any specialist chef to contribute in managerial skills.

Class time: 10:00 am to 2:30pm (3 days in a week)
English in the British Curry House
(Uses of day to day English in an Indian restaurant) – Some elements of British nationality course
- Hygiene & Sanitation Course
- itchen (Indian restaurant) and your job responsibility: tandoori Chef, chef, Executive chef & kitchen commons.
- Presentation and preparation is service (office) – Bar and selling (soft and alcohol drinks)
- Brief guideline in the licensing law and its enforcement.
