National Institute of Hotel Management Bangladesh(NIHMB) offers highly regarded, accredited 6 to 12-month career training programmes in culinary arts, culinary management for the Bangladeshi students in order to prepare themselves to sit
for Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Examinations. Apart from these preparatory courses, it offers its own courses on the basis of local needs and other customized courses. Class sizes average 10 students in the culinary arts programs, and 12 students in culinary management. Convenient schedules allow students to take morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend classes depending on their needs. Externships and job placement, frequently in Dhaka’s finest restaurants, and in abroad are an integral part of the NIHMB’s programme.
